The whole thing works as cards are produced by an encapsulated PostScript (EPS)files. The user has to open the files and they will see a new card everytime.
There are also files which have two or four bingo cards per sheet of paper. Chris Forsythe and Peter Hosley demonstrated by having an added 119 new squares to the whole mix.
Some of these samples are Roz Ho on stage, Crash during demo, Musical guest, Steve with beard, HyperCard 3.0, Any display size are discontinued. The whole process is really amazing. An audience member was ejected from the demonstration for yelling "Bingo" at the middle of it.
Anyone interested can download the files, with an attached instructions that you should pay attention to. This is an "unofficial extension of the more popular main twenty one card game. If there is no overall leader in the main game, then this is the King of the WWDC Keynote Bingo 2006.
