Poker or bingo? Why not play both? This seems to be impossible, but you will learn in a short while that nothing is impossible.
We all have our favorite gambling games. Some of you prefer playing bingo because it is a fun game, with little skill involved. Others love playing poker instead, because of the challenge. But what if you are one of the many people who love playing both bingo and poker? Do you always need to choose between the two?
If you'd ask Denny Tribout Jr. of Illinois, his answer would be a definite "no". Why? Because Denny Tribout Jr. is the creator of the new gambling game entitled Dab It Poker.
The name of the game couldn't be more obvious. The game obviously has elements of bingo, and elements of poker as well, because mixing the two games is the whole point of Dab It Poker. Tribout must have long observed the dilemma of some gamblers, and that is the need to choose between these two fantastic games.
Dab It Poker is a variation of bingo, because each player will have a card that has five numbers, all of which they will have to mark as quickly as possible. Like bingo, a caller, or a screen, will tell which numbers have been drawn. The players will then need to mark these numbers on their cards, and the first to complete their numbers wins.
This is much like the blackout game in bingo. However, instead of seventy five numbers, you only have five of them, so this would inevitably be a faster game.
The poker part of the game happens when each number is drawn. In Dab It Poker, when a number is drawn, it is given its corresponding poker card. You must remember what poker card your number represents because you will need this to claim the secondary prize.
The primary prize is the one given in the bingo part of this game. On the other hand, the poker part gives out the secondary prize. You may be entitled to a secondary prize if you form a poker hand with your Dab It Poker card. The lowest form of poker hand that is worth a secondary prize is the pair.
Dab It Poker is obviously very interesting and exciting. It does not only allow you to play poker and bingo at the same time, but it also allows you two chances of winning per round.
